It is compatible PC, Ps4 and Xbox which is great if you’re the type of gamer to switch between PC and console, you won’t have to buy a pair for each platform.
With their lightweight design and foldable ear cups, these will offer you a great comfort even after a long and intense gaming session.
With the sound quality of these headphones, you do not need to worry about an immersive gaming audio experience with large 40mm neodymium magnetic drivers tuned for clear high and mid-ranges.
Plus they offer a fully retractable microphone boom, in-line volume controls and mute toggle for easy access to all its features.
You might want to adjust the bass on these headphones as it’s pretty loud and might want to lower it, for FPS games it could help you but in other genres you won’t necessarily like it.
Corsair Gaming VOID Wireless RGB Gaming Headset – Carbon
I thought these were very comfortable. One thing I will say is that I have quite small ears, the actual earcups aren’t that wide, so if you’ve got big ears, they might be a tight fit. This wasn’t a problem for me but its something to think about!
The whole wireless thing is quite nice. No danger of tripping over leads and this set has an excellent battery life of 16 hours, so you can play for ages without charging.
The microphone is very clear. It’s on the more expensive end of this price range.
The general sound quality is very good, but the 7.1 surround sound isn’t. It sounds muffled and is pretty much just a poor imitation or what surround sound should be. I think this probably has something to do with the Bluetooth. Either way this feature is pretty poor
HyperX Cloud II Gaming Headset (KHX-HSCP-RD)
|HyperX Cloud II - Gaming Headset, 7.1 Surround Sound, Memory Foam Ear Pads, Durable Aluminum Frame,...||Check Price|
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the 2020-06-03 at 18:48 and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of this product. The design is very comfortable. It’s made with memory foam, so the ear pads are very soft, they’re also big enough to fit snuggly around my ears (they’re bigger than the Corsair’s so anyone with human-sized ears should be fine).
Very solid design, the Cloud is made mostly from metal and leather, so they’re far less likely to break when you throw them across the room mid rage-quit.
Phenomenal surround sound, you can tell where noise and movement are coming from in-game. I played Counter Strike wearing these and did far better than I normally do. These headsets provide a serious advantage for more serious gamers.
Noise cancellation is excellent. This is brilliant when you’re trying to concentrate and play without distractions. Microphone and sound quality is splendid.
The microphone mute button isn’t attached to the headset itself. This can be annoying if you want to quickly mute the game.
This is a really good headset and there aren’t a lot of cons, but if I had to name another one I’d say that the microphone isn’t as easy to adjust as on some other models. But to be honest this really isn’t a very big deal.
HyperX Cloud Gaming Headset – Black (KHX-H3CL/WR)

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the 2020-06-03 at 18:18 and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of this product.Like the Cloud II, it’s an incredibly comfortable headset that you could wear for hours at a time with no problem.
Excellent noise reduction. This model does cut out outside noise very well. When I was testing these out someone in my house was actually trying to get my attention, and because I had these on I didn’t realize they were. So I know from personal experience that these work!
Lacks the surround sound that is one of the best features of the Cloud II. It’s still a decent headset but not having surround sound means that it just won’t be as good for gaming.
Again microphone isn’t very easy to adjust. But this really isn’t a big deal, the main let down is that it’s just not quite as good as the Cloud II.
SteelSeries Siberia v3 Comfortable Gaming HeadsetThey look very cool, the ones I had were a clean white color which was a great contrast. They’re probably the best looking headset I’ve seen.
Very comfortable headset, they fit nicely around my ears, and the padding is very soft. I could wear these for hours with no issues. If you spend a lot of time playing, then this is a huge plus.
Sound quality is exquisite, it’s probably not quite the best I’ve looked at, but the sound is impressive.
The quality on these isn’t great. I didn’t have long enough with this product to experience it, but quite a few reviews have mentioned that the stitching in the ear cushion starts to come apart after a couple of months. Obviously, this is a pretty expensive headset. This definitely shouldn’t be happening.
There is some noticeable crosstalk between the microphone and the speakers, so whatever you’re listening to will bleed through the microphone, and everyone else will be able to hear it, creating an echo effect.
This makes the Siberia pretty much useless for streaming and very annoying in multiplayer games where your whole team will have to listen to a faint repeat of everything they say. This is a very serious flaw.
Overall, investing more money in a good pair of headphones might be a good idea, especially if you sink in a lot of hours into gaming, not only your ears will thank you, but you will have a better audio experience, which is an important part of gaming.
I’d recommend these headphones for any types of gamers, whether you are a hardcore gamer or a casual one, these will fulfill all of your gaming needs.
